DoubtsGo is a technology platform that connects users seeking knowledge, guidance, or assistance with independent Experts across various areas of expertise.

DoubtsGo provides the technology that enables users and Experts to discover, connect, communicate, and interact through the Platform.

You may be required to create an account to access certain DoubtsGo features.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and OTP.
• Take responsibility for activity conducted through your account.
• Notify DoubtsGo if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You must not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or use another person's account without permission.

Experts on DoubtsGo provide their services independently.

Experts are responsible for accurately representing their qualifications, skills, experience, and areas of expertise and for providing services professionally.

DoubtsGo may review, approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or remove Expert profiles where necessary to maintain the safety, quality, and integrity of the Platform.

Depending on the functionality available, users may connect with Experts through:

• Text chat
• Voice calls
• Video calls
• Screen sharing
• Interactive whiteboards
• Other supported communication features

Feature availability may vary depending on the Expert, device, network connection, and Platform functionality.

Certain consultations or services may be paid.

The applicable consultation rate will be displayed through DoubtsGo. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable pricing before starting a paid consultation.

Pricing may vary between Experts and services.

DoubtsGo may provide payment and wallet functionality to facilitate paid consultations and other eligible services.

Payments may be processed through supported third-party payment service providers.

Where wallet functionality is available, eligible wallet balances may be used for supported services on DoubtsGo.

Users are responsible for ensuring that sufficient eligible balance is available when required.

Certain consultations may be charged according to their duration.

Where time-based billing applies, charges may be calculated based on the applicable consultation rate and billable consultation time.

The applicable amount may be deducted from the user's available balance during the consultation.

A paid consultation may automatically end when sufficient paid balance is no longer available.

DoubtsGo may facilitate payments relating to services provided by Experts through the Platform.

Expert earnings, settlements, applicable platform charges, taxes, adjustments, and payout conditions may be governed by the applicable Expert terms communicated separately to Experts.

Everyone using DoubtsGo is expected to communicate respectfully and use the Platform responsibly.

Users and Experts must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse another person.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.
• Impersonate another person.
• Intentionally provide false or misleading information.
• Manipulate Platform systems or transactions.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Upload or distribute malicious content.
• Violate another person's privacy.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Use DoubtsGo for unlawful activities.

DoubtsGo may investigate reported violations and take appropriate action.

DoubtsGo is intended to facilitate legitimate learning, guidance, knowledge sharing, and consultation.

Users and Experts must not use DoubtsGo to facilitate examination cheating, impersonation, fraudulent academic credentials, academic fraud, or other prohibited academic misconduct.

Experts provide guidance based on their individual knowledge, skills, and experience.

Neither DoubtsGo nor Experts guarantee any specific result, including:

• Examination results
• Marks or rankings
• Admissions
• Scholarships
• Employment
• Promotions
• Career outcomes
• Other specific results

Users remain responsible for evaluating information received through consultations and making their own decisions.

Users and Experts must not intentionally misuse DoubtsGo or information obtained through the Platform to circumvent its systems or engage in unauthorized transactions.

DoubtsGo is not responsible for private arrangements or activities conducted independently outside the Platform.

Users and Experts must respect the privacy of other participants and must not collect, disclose, distribute, or misuse another person's information without authorization.

The DoubtsGo name, logo, branding, website, application, software, interfaces, designs, databases, and original Platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit DoubtsGo's intellectual property without authorization.

Users and Experts are responsible for the content they submit, upload, or share through DoubtsGo.

You must have the necessary rights to any content you provide.

By submitting content required to operate the Platform, you grant DoubtsGo the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content for providing its services.

DoubtsGo may provide chat, voice calls, video calls, screen sharing, whiteboards, and other communication functionality.

Users are responsible for ensuring that information displayed or shared during consultations does not unintentionally expose confidential or sensitive information.

Availability and quality of communication features may depend on internet connectivity, devices, browsers, and third-party infrastructure.

DoubtsGo may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
• Harassment or abuse
• False or misleading information
• Security threats
• Platform manipulation
• Illegal activity
• Misuse of DoubtsGo

DoubtsGo may investigate reported or suspected violations before taking appropriate action.

We aim to keep DoubtsGo available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, internet connectivity, technical problems, security incidents, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

DoubtsGo may use third-party providers for services such as hosting, databases, authentication, payments, communications, email delivery, analytics, and security.

Certain third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

DoubtsGo facilitates connections between users and independent Experts.

Experts are responsible for the information and guidance they provide. DoubtsGo does not independently guarantee that information provided during a consultation will be complete, accurate, or suitable for every user's individual circumstances.

Users should exercise their own judgment when relying on information received through the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoubtsGo shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the Platform or services provided by independent Experts.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

DoubtsGo may update these Terms as the Platform develops, new functionality is introduced, or applicable requirements change.

Where appropriate, significant changes may be communicated through the Platform, email, or other reasonable means.

Continued use of DoubtsGo after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable mandatory laws and consumer rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India.
